Monarch Prime came to the rescue when a devastated family in Rockville, MD saw their basement wiped out by substantial flooding from a burst pipe. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, they eagerly embraced the challenge of transforming this waterlogged space into an oasis for the family’s future gatherings, parties, and precious moments of relaxation.

Redesign

Seizing the opportunity, we redesigned the functionality of the entire space, incorporating custom built-ins that included a moody wet bar and beautiful entertainment center, a marble 3-piece bathroom, and created a bedroom from scratch. We aimed to transform this utilitarian space into one with specific areas of function and purpose.  a warm and elegant haven, serving its multiple purposes with grace.
